Erdingwood
Technology House – Amesbury
Air Con Environmental limited were chosen to replace the old R22 air conditioning systems on both ground and first floors of this large building for our client Erdingwood.
Working with a main contractor, Air Con Environmental limited designed supplied and installed a Daikin R410A VRV air conditioning system consisting of 2 condensers sited at the rear of the building in the corner of the car park connected to a series of ducted style indoor units, duct work and diffusers situated throughout the first floor.
On the Ground floor the space was divided into several office suites with each area separately metered. We installed a total of 7 split system cassette systems over 4 office suites to enable the landlord to efficiently heat and cool the spaces.
Time switches were set on all systems to ensure energy consumption is kept to an efficient and acceptable levels.
We installed Daikin VAM heat recovery ventilation systems to the ground floor areas with spiral duct work and lagging with supply and return air grilles and boxes to suit the office occupancy levels.
We designed and installed a toilet extract system to newly formed male and female toilet areas.
Air Con Environmental achieved the installation to a demanding programme that was delivered on time and to our usual exacting standards.
As built drawings and OM information were produced and delivered to the client on completion with all supporting commissioning information.
On-going periodic maintenance is being performed to protect the warranties of the equipment, tenants and Landlord.
