Air Con Environmental limited were chosen to design supply and install 2 Daikin VRV systems with heat recovery fresh air ventilation to the conversion of a Dutch barn to prestigious offices over 2 floors for this successful accountancy practice in Wiltshire.

We were involved at the outset of the project developing and designing a system that met all the clients many requirements to ensure efficiency and green credentials were met and exceeded.

Drawings pre-instruction were produced and Air Con Environmental dovetailed with the builder electrician and other trades to ensure that the project was completed on time and to the client’s approval.

VAM heat recovery fresh air ventilation was installed and a Daikin Itouch controller was installed to efficiently control the systems installed.

Spiral duct work and diffusers were installed in solid ceilings situated throughout the first floor and ground floors with lagging where required in a phased installation.

As built drawings and OM information were produced and delivered to the client on completion with all supporting commissioning information.

On-going periodic maintenance will be performed to protect the warranties of the equipment for the client.
