St Ignatius College Enfield – Laboratory and classroom Refurbishment

Working directly for the college and also through an interior fit-out company on previous projects Air Con Environmental designed and installed Daikin air conditioning and ventilation services to the refurbishment of Laboratories and class rooms at this prestigious college in North London.

We were tasked with providing air conditioning and ventilation to adequately cool and ventilate several laboratories.

Condensers were craned onto the roof of the college at a time when the college was closed within a very tight and challenging crane route to gain access to the area where the condensers were positioned.

Ventilation was provided with extract fans giving sufficient air changes to the areas for the experiments that were being carried out in the areas.

We delivered the project on time working to a very tight schedule installing Daikin split system cassette units being specified and installed by us with individual controls to each Laboratory and classroom. All this was when the college was closed to students ensuring that when they returned they could enjoy the top quality facilities delivered.
